Oh that's a pretty CDX. I've also never seen that Maximum Carnage bundle before.

Aren't they all red? Kind of sad that so few Genesis games got awesome LE bundles, and the ones that did aren't that great. (OK Ecco is pretty good.)

There are a few black ones, but they're tougher to come by.

Well the last of my games came in yesterday. I was pleasantly surprised with Puyo Puyo Tsu, for $17 I got cart, manual, original box, inserts for what MCD, MD, and 32X games were coming out at that time, plus a registration card. Last time this happened was The New Zealand Story, and I paid almost $50 for that. And unlike TNZS, this one has a hang tab. The Joe and Mac was a loose cart that came in a custom made case, it has the front and back labels, and looks like those old game store rental cases from back in the day. Unfortunately the case has nothing to really hold the cart in place, but I can always get a box from a game shop and put it back together myself.

Wish I had a camera, though to be honest, not much else was boxed from that haul I got (Puyo Puyo Tsu was the one game that impressed me how cheap it sold for and how complete it was). And about to pay for 6 more games, 1 NES, and 5 Genesis, all loose. Negotiated with the guy in IRC (bought Sparkster SNES from him before) and got a nice fair price of $30. When the stuff arrives I'll post about it in here (I already know what I'm getting, these are needed for the collection).

I had no idea what a Smash Controller was until just now, then I found more information here.

Looks like they are kind of rare, where did you get 10 of them? Maybe new old stock from some warehouse or something? Have you tried it with the game yet?

    $20 each.

They usually sell between $50-100 on eBay, so I couldn't resist and bought a ton. The guy has sold at least 30 so far. I would have purchased more had this first lot arrived in better condition.

Sorry, I didn't mean to imply that I'm selling for $20. I mean that I bought them for $20. I of course would be selling for much more.

    The Muppets

    Vagrant Story Original Soundtrack

Been re-playing this game on the PSP

Some loose Super Famicom games (Darius Twin and Zoku: The Legend of Bishin) and Kid Icarus Uprising

For some strange reason Darius Twin on the Super Famicom has mono background music and reversed fire buttons (X and A). I loaded up the Japanese rom just to make sure my copy wasn't defective, and sure enough, the rom's sound was also in mono and the buttons were reversed. I guess this one was rushed out in Japan since the U.S. version has stereo music and the correct Y & A fire button scheme.

Zoku was a blind buy (I have an old Famitsu Magazine with an ad of it in it) and it's a weird combination of a driving game and a side scrolling beat em up.

    3D Classics Kid Icarus

Free download extra for buying Kid Icarus Uprising

Are they releasing 3DS games in cardboard boxes now?
