Weekly pickups!
2012-04-01 Finds by xelement5x, on Flickr
2 Nintendo Power Magazines
Sega Radica Street Fighter II version
Odama with Microphone (GCN)
Lost Kingdoms (GCN)
Bangai-O Spirits (DS)
Glover (N64)
Untold Legends, The Warriors Code (PSP)
Pangya: Fantasy Golf (PSP)
PQ: Practical Intelligence Quotient (PSP)
Yumeria Anime (All 3 Volumes)
The NP mags and the Radica were from a random yard sale. 50c per mag and the Radica was $5, well worth it since I know it's one of the best Genesis clones out there. The controls are a bit finicky but I'll crack into it an take a look.
Glover was from my local thrift at $4, the other Nintendo stuff and anime was from my local media store, Odama w/mic was $9, Lost Kingdoms and Bangai-O Spirits were $6 each. Yumeria anime DVDs were $2 each for the whole thing, looks kind of perverted but if I don't like it I can probably resell it for at least the $6 I put into it.
Got the PSP games from GameStop, they were about $3 each. If you're a PSP collector hound your Gamestops, games are getting pretty darn cheap from them at this point since people are switching to the Vita. I've got a solid collection growing at this point but I'm still trying to stick to games that actually look interesting.

Indigo GameCube with Power Brick & connectors
Orange Spice Gamecube Controller!!
Extra gamecube connector w/S-Video (not a good one)
GameBoy Player with Boot Disc
SimCity 2000 (GBA)
Capcom Classics Mini (GBA)
Madagascar (GCN, loose)
Mario Superstar Baseball (GCN)
Craiglist Pickup here on the Gamecube lot. Really the only thing that I wanted out of this was the Orange Spice controller since they're pretty uncommon. I need the power/hookup for another Gamecube, but I figure I can get rid of the rest of the stuff and come close to what I paid. The GameBoy Player works like a charm, but Gamecubes are almost worthless though which is kind of sad![]()
Loose Inspector Gadget and Chinatown

Double post!
Latest haul
^^^^ Pretty excited for all of this. Sega Wonder Mega is what I was most excited about. It has a hard time opening the tray and a few scratches but otherwise I'm pretty pleased. Neo Geo AES with a couple games. A good shape Famicom (not as white as in the picture but still the cleanest one I've got my hands on.) an SG1000 and a Sega Mark II (which I neglected to by games for atm so I can't test them yet) Gunners Heaven a game I've missed a ton.
^You call that a haul?
Lol, dude. That's fucking awesome.
I normally use the Wavebirds too, the only reason I'd been looking for one is because I wanted one to match with my new Orange Spice Gamecube

Just warning you ahead of time, Samurai Spirits 1 is going to rot and collect dust on the shelf because you have Shin SS (or Samurai Shodown II), it's better in every single way. (you have JP copies, so I'm playing along)
Congrats on the Neo, it's a real treat to own one isn't it? Be sure to pick up some New Old Stock titles like NAM-1975, Magician Lord and maybe Blue's Journey, Riding Hero, Ninja Combat and/or Ghost Pilots. Those are all very cheap on AES. Other cheap non-NOS games include Fatal Fury, 2, Special, World Heroes, 2, Jet and King of the Monsters.
The WonderMega is definitely the nicest Genesis variant, the X'EYE is ugly, the CDX looks like a toy.
The Famicom is super clean. I'm currently trying to find one myself that isn't yellowed and it's difficult without spending $200+. Ideally I'd like to find a complete in the box version, but I know I'm going to end up spending probably $400 on one. :-(
That "Mark II" is actually a Mark III. I've got one that I haven't been able to test either due to lack of games. Mine's mostly complete, minus the bags. I have a golf game coming in the mail from Japan and I'm hoping it gets here soon so I can test mine out as well. Here are pics:

Your right lol left an "I" off. Your Mark III is really clean. I imagine it will be tough to find one cleaner than that. Mine looks like some urinated on it. I have an Sg1000 and a Mark III game on the way to test mine. Mine are actually probably going to end up getting traded. So I'll have to be on the look out for another one. That "Mark II" is actually a Mark III. I've got one that I haven't been able to test either due to lack of games
Thanks. It took forever to find a clean one. There was one that had a box in much better shape than mine but they wanted $100 more for it and I thought $100 for some cleaner cardboard isn't really worth it.
Console yellowing is the worst ever. I picked up a white Sega Saturn at a video game show recently (the Midwest Gaming Classic in Wisconsin) and it's SLIGHTLY yellowed - all except the CD door for some reason. You can't tell unless it's in certain light, but it drives me nuts. :-(
One think I like about the Mark III - and it sucks that the Famicom doesn't have this - composite out via that DIN connector.
