Does that one have the extra control port on the front like the Famicom? I want to use the 3D glasses.

Yes it does. I have a Famicom twin and it's one of my favorite systems as well.

Not really. SMS FM sound isn't tremendously impressive. To me it sounds flat, dull and empty. Nowhere near as pleasant as an NES, for example.

There are some games that make it worth it though in my opinion. Phantasy Star and R-Type are two that sound fantastic with the FM module, and sound rather emtpy and basic with out it. After Burner also sounds a bit nicer with the FM Unit.

Miracle Warriors also sounds awesome in FM, pretty much the opposite of flat and empty.

Thanks for the FYI. I knew they existed, but I've never heard any feedback on them. I'll keep an eye out for one.

I almost picked up a Telecon Pack for cheap (just to have - I know they don't actually work too well), but I missed the end of the auction and all of the "Buy It Now" ones are always ridiculously priced.

The lousy percussion in every single SMS FM game is what brings it down. I definitely disagree on Phantasy Star (it's FM sounds like a broken MIDI file). R-Type I could go either way. Miracle Warriors PSG for the win. SMS PSG has it's charm.

Model 1 Saturn for $15 with all the cords, and traded for the N64 and the Snes Jr. I noticed the Snes Jr's price was a little more than I liked so I've had my eye out for one. And the N64 replaced mine with the broken reset switch (reset switch is essential for Everdrive 64)

That's a nice looking Saturn. The controllers look super clean.

I just got these in the mail today. :-) 3D System is brand new, never opened and the box looks like it was made in 2012 - no fading, no creases, no wrinkles, no discoloration. The Hori box isn't as nice and has been opened, but all of the contents inside are new. :-)

Please forgive the shallowness of my lens (Hori box is blurry).

    From someone off DP:

    NES:
    Mighty Bombjack

    SNES:
Super Nova aka Darius Force (I thought he had sold it to someone else, SURPRISE)

    Gen:
    High Seas Havoc

    Sonic Spinball
    ESWAT

My brother in law has a couple hard to get cheap NES games awaiting me, they are for $25 total, Qix and GI Joe 1 A Real American Hero.

I CAN'T STAND R-Type in PSG. The notes are so high-pitched, I get a headache simply listening to them. I'll take OPLL FM Synthesis over PSG any day with R-Type.
