Picked up Shenme, vecterman, road rash 3 and a road runner.
I stopped by a used bookstore after work and bought this:
donkey kong country returns, $2 complete for wii.
Wow, for Air Registered, this thing sure shipped fast!
I will clean it up and get to testing it out. I have no idea what is wrong with it, should be lots of fun.
Good luck with that 360, I hear they are very hard to fix.And... heh, you got a broken console from Japan, and I bought a broken North American console from a local pawn shop today. This system was actually sitting in the shop completely disassembled for weeks, and I went back today to buy some 720KB floppy disks and saw that the console was still there. $10 got me the console in question, which is a 4GB Xbox 360 S. From what I've been told, the DVD drive is shot, but the console itself is in perfect working order, and from what I saw after having taken apart the DVD drive, the laser was rusted to the point where part of one of the POTs fell off. It will most likely need a new laser at this point. At the same time, I need to get either the original power supply for it or an adapter to use my Falcon Xbox 360 power supply on the console.
I went to another used book store today and found a complete japanese copy of bomberman world for ps1 for $15, I almost never find imports locally so that was surprising.
Bought this locally for $10. Near mint condition. Even includes the foam insert! though there are two tiny cracks on the back of the case, they are very minor.

The foam inserts are awesome. They are nearly impossible to find with sega cd and Saturn games though. Did longbox PS1 games have the foamy things? Long box PS1 games are so rare around here I've never seen one that had it. (I think I've only seen like 3 longbox ps1 games ever in my life...)
Just picked up a complete Castlevania Chronicles for about $22. That's a pretty awesome deal, by today's standards.
The only Saturn game I ever had that came with the foam was Mortal Kombat II. I actually remember the instruction manual saying the foam was to be used to clean the disc.
As for PS1 longbox games, the only one I recall is Mortal Kombat 3 (was released more or less right when the console launched). However, I don't recall if they contain foam or not.
I just bought this off of ebay:
ys: the oath in felghana, $13.65 complete for psp.
Just bought Blazing Heroes and Bust a Move 3 for Saturn... trying to get House of the Dead next.
The smell of scorched oil hangs in the air as a premonition of danger, while the engine gloriously shouts its war cry...
Throughout history, suspicion has always bred conflict. The real conflict, though, resides in people's hearts. This conflict has just begun.

Just got a CIB copy of Primal Rage for the Atari Jaguar CD for $75, which is slightly less than it normally goes for. And with that, I am officially through purchasing Jaguar games, as I have everything worth a damn for that system now. I have multiple copies of Primal Rage already, including the actual arcade board, but this version is notable because it's pretty much the only fighting game worth playing on the system (and yes, I have Ultra Vortek).
A retarded Sonic.
