Got really lucky at a local thrift store. It was only $20 normally, but it was half off electronics day!

I'm not too bummed out that the model 2 was one of the bad ones. I already have a VA0 and VA1, but not a 1.8, so at least it wasn't another damned VA0 or VA1.
And yes... This does mean I'll be doing an OST rip of castlevania bloodlines. I super excited to play castlevania too, since I've really been wanting to play it, but it's just so pricey normally.
    Modded consoles:
Master System (v7040) with s-video & direct AV out
Model 1 with 10mhz overclock & halt switches
    Model 1 with 10mhz 68010
    Model 2 VA2.3 with unfiltered Mega Amp, & s-video
    Model 3 VA1 with compatibility fixes & s-video
    32X with s-video

Or my collection of homebrew Genesis games, programs, and music on SEGA-16!

You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to ComradeOj again.

I'm super excited to play it for the first time. I couldn't believe my luck! This thrift store that I got it from kind of went downhill over the years. They always look stuff up on eBay, print out the page showing the same item (sometimes a different item entirely), in better shape, with an insane asking price and no bidders... Then, they ask 75% of the price nobody on eBay wants to pay. I guess either they slipped up, or wised up.
I played castlevania for a bit last night, and really liked it.

Earthworm Jim is also a great game. I already have it though, so I was going to give it to my cousin who likes that game, but doesn't have it yet.

That's a real steal. Even if it didn't come with the system and Bloodlines, $10 for all that would still be a pretty good deal to me.

Wondering where mine is. Usually things take a little longer to get to Canada, but my friend up here got his two weeks ago.

I originally pre-ordered an Amazon Echo as my birthday present but got tired of waiting and decided to cancel it and get some games instead.

Stupid me already has Master of Monsters, too. :/

Strangely enough, the Lynx version is significantly better than the Genesis version.

One of my preferred games for the Lynx.

The multiplayer aspect of it is also cool. A mate of mine loves it, and that Comlynx cable gets put to good use when he's around.

I think you can get up to 8 players at once and even have death matches! Imagine that lunch table! I have two LYNX 1 systems, I need a Lynx II system.
