Thats been up for sale for quite a while now, not surprising since its a whole lot of money to cough up in one go. Funny thing is I think thats Adol's SPARE full Jap DC set and he has another to keep along with full Jap Saturn, Megadrive, MarkIII sets and more!

They would be awesome but I couldn't open them to play anything so what would be the point?

Good luck selling that. It's an awesome collection, but it's a lot of money to put up at once.

Living in the 'hood (yo), I'm paranoid to even amass a collection of a half-dozen consoles and/or less than 100 games, in fear of theft or losing it all to arson and whatnot. Hell, I can't even fit THAT in my tiny bedroom!

I learned the few years I started collecting sealed NES games how ridiculous it is to owned something sealed such as those Dreamcast games. They just become paperweights since you can't play them, even look at the stuff inside, lest you lower the value of owning such an item in the first place. That seems like a fair price though, especially given what all those limited edition sets tend to sell for.

Owning all games you plan to play one day > Owning complete game library > Owning all games sealed

IMHO. Not based, obviously, on $$$ value. But rather, something better and more satisfying in my book. Don't get me wrong, that collection is damn impressive.
