    Update since my last post:

Awesome, awesome game. The action was well-paced and fun, and the visuals were just jaw-dropping gorgeous. I did have some issues with the cover system and the enemies that could take multiple hits from a shotgun point blank without dying, but everything else was just incredible. It out Tomb Raidered Tomb Tomb Raider, imo. The final boss battle was total ass though. Lame trial and error bullshit QTE = lame.

I will be going back for all the trophies though! Trophy whore ahoy!

Not a bad game, but not worthy of all the "OMG TREASURE WUZ INVOLVED!!" hype. Too many of the same enemies over and over, and many of the bosses were just yawn-a-rific. The green jello stage was just obnoxious too.

I'm torn with this one. On the one hand, I love the glaive and slicing dudes up, and the GOW gameplay was great. On the other hand, the same enemies all the time got old, and the environments were much too dark. How many subway tunnels can a guy explore?

And with this one I broke 50,000 gamerscore!

Finished with 1000/1000 achievement points. Great game that does more to keep the formula fresh than Indy did, but things are starting to show their age. The puzzles were much easier than any other before it, but the game really had the charm that Indy was missing. I'd still place it after LST:TCS, but it's a great game overall.

Awesome game, though the final stage (boss rush) can be brutal. I've gotten close to beating it before, but this is the first time I've actually done it. I love the visuals and the music, and I'm quite glad this one's getting another chance on the Wii VC.

I picked this up for free from GS's buy 2 get 1 offer, and while it didn't completely suck, it left me feeling cheated, even for free. The game is mind-numbingly repetitive, the "secret" items are almost always in plain sight, and the boss fights are too short and too easy. You get a bunch of characters you're not going to use (seriously, who wants to be the Lizard or the Prowler?), and the main bad guy is -Mysterio? LOL.

I played through it with my daughter (BIG Black Cat fan), but this one is definitely trade-in fodder.

Awesome game. I started online co-op with a pal at 8 p.m. and we beat it at about 6 a.m. It's been a long time since I went all night with an action game like that, and this one was great overall. Some things disappointed, like being underground so much especially the lame ass last boss, but I will definitely be going back to finish it on all difficulty levels and to get all the collectibles.

Beat this on Friday with all 1000 achievement points. I have a few minor quibbles, like the local area map sucking, but they're nothing compared to the sheer awesomeness of this game. I'm going to hold onto it in anticipation that Bethesda will give us some Oblivion-style DLC.

    GOTY for me so far.

I'd beaten all the other Lego games, and this one was only $8.97 at Sears, so I figured I'd give it a whirl. It's actually surprisingly good. The action is presented via an over-the-shoulder perspective (think GOW but not as polished), and you basically plow through a shitload of levels, collecting Lego pieces and using different powers to advance. Like all the other Lego games, it has a 100% completion achievement, but unlike the others, you have to completely replay the entire level when you enter it. No "save and quit" here. Since each level has four silver canisters and four gold canisters that you have to collect, this essentially means that you have to play the ENTIRE game over again, boss battles and all.

I'm only missing this one achievement, along with the final Lego piece collection one (5 million!), but I'm still debating whether or not I'll get them.

234 - Exhumed (Powerslave) on Saturn, with good ending
235 - Duke Nukem 3D on Saturn, on hard, I'm so pissed over last boss, I got no hits and the poor boss died within 20 seconds... Overlord was a bit tougher, I got hit once, the Battlelord was the toughest one.

Just beat Peter Jackson's King Kong on the 360.

Oddly enough, I actually expected more out of this game. It got fairly good reviews and some guy reeking of pot assured me in the store when I bought it that it was "bad" (which I took to be a good thing).

In reality it wasn't "bad" in the figurative or literal sense . . . it was just a typical licensed game.

Sonic the Hedgehog 1 on Genesis with all 6 chaos emeralds, 6 continues and 24 remaining lives.

    412,000 points even...

I just popped it in on a whim to see if I could get all 6 emeralds in the first 3 zones and after that I just played until I beat it.

I still fucking hate Labyrinth Zone though...with a passion. I had also forgot how awesome Scrap Brain Zone's music was.

Labyrinth Zone is quite tedious, but I love the music. In my opinion, however, Springyard Zone is boring without the benefit of killer tunes.

I agree...completely. Sonic 1-knuckles have such amazing tunes throughout.... Now I need to move on to something else, I'm thinking a Saturn shmup...perhaps In the Hunt...
