Itchy & Scratchy (Mega Drive). Would've been more fun but for two thoroughly irritating bosses, one of which just added to my "underwater levels in games are the worst levels in games" belief. Still though, it's better than most of the other Simpsons-y MD games.

Also: Puyo Puyo (again), Ninja Gaiden (sort of - the rom is so dodgy that you can't get past some areas without getting stuck and having to cheat to escape) and I probably would've completed Sonic & Knuckles for the fifty-thousandth time yesterday if it hadn't been for Lava Reef (I carelessly lost a life, and couldn't be bothered any more).

Once I also finished Another World / Out of this World in 20 minutes (or maybe just under 20 minutes) without dying
once. I don't think I ever tried again though, took lots of practice, and it wasn't all that good for my blood pressure.

Forced myself through Snake Eater. I skipped the boss fight with The End but whatever the ending was well worth it though.

Aah magical childhood memories! I always found that ending to be very rewarding after 20+ levels of madness. Did you find the mermaid lady on funkotron? I think theres a mermaid, its been ages since I played the origional. I just remember being amazed that they made a secret level zero with a bunch of wahinas and lemonade etc. Great stuff

I've always preferred the first Bonk over the second. They messed with the spin, and it hurt the gameplay, imo.

Haha, I actually guessed there should be some secret on Funkotron, but we never found anything. We went to level zero though, it was definitely worth it considering we beat the game on our last lives.

Today I beat Monster World IV on my MD-Pro, using the updated translation patch. It was good, a very nice game .

Castlevania playing with Eric. The game demands some skills, patience and determination in order to beat it, but it's a great experience! Excellent music that fits like a glove with the scenery!

Well I'll just list the Genny games I beat recently.

I beat Ghouls n' Ghost on pro, which IMO is the easiest of the Ghouls games I've played. I beat Contra Hard Core, agian with the little robot I find the game to be a lot easier then the other games in the series but still a little tough at the end. I also beat Comix Zone which took me a while to prefect b/c there are so many things you have to break and take damage from in the process. I beat that game without dieing.
