I paid $17 for mine, 2controllers and a few loose games, plus shipping from ebay. All around about 45 bucks, canadian dollar is strong against the US, so It's the best time for me to actually get into buying one.

My wallet weeps because I'm just after spending close to $200 bucks in 1 pay period, on Sega Genesis collecting, getting new systems, replacement parts, CIB games, etc. And the Saturn will only eat more money.

I want a copy of Dragon Force more than anything else, so I'm financially doomed for the forseeable future.

    Yummy.
Just nabbed a spare Saturn, and a Mint Complete with spine/box/ram cart, JPN Metal Slug Import! Not a bad start.

That's it, it's time for me to crawl into a hole and forget games before I ruin myself. Online banking isn't very helpful when it comes to judging exactly how much money I've burned, Time to retire the obsession, at least for the month.

The Sega Saturn's first-person shooters are great.
Sonic Jam is a pretty nice game too.

The Saturn has tons of great games that are dirt cheap. Just check out some of the japanese sellers on eBay, you can get most of the better games that are completely playable in japanese for $1 - $5 each and shipping is ridiculously low.

Buying Dragon Force alone will set you for weeks, if not months.

    All eight scenarios are excellent.

As other strategy-RPGs go, Mystaria: The Realms of Lore/Blazing Heroes is fun(despite dated visuals).

Magic Knight Rayearth(Action/RPG) is worth getting, and Albert Odyssey(traditional) is classic.

    Two questions:

How much memory does the saturn internal memory hold itself?
Will it be enough to handle Albert Odyssey?

I need to pick up a direct-saving mem card next, just don't know if I'll "Need" it for AO when i pick it up.

I beat it without a memory cart so I can say no it is not needed.

I finally bought an AR5in1, and I love it! Assault Suits Leynoss! Gundam Side Story! Dead or Alive!

Now I need to sell my official Saturn backup cart for some $$$, I think they're worth about 30US these days...
