Derp, turns out you can't stop the LED from shining through because the back of the faceplate is secured in place. Chemically. Well, paint and a loooooong thin paintbrush... Oh well. I'd rather replace the LED with a dimmer one. The original is a monster.

I like it! I've been alternating between a TG-16 wallpaper and a NES wallpaper for a while. I'd like to have more "classic" consoles to add to the rotation, and this fits the bill!

If you guys know of other similar classic console wallpapers (high res photos), post some links. I currently have TG-16 from the Turbo Memoirs, a couple NES, and now this SMS.
A Genny would do nicely . . .

Same here, I use that and the SuperGrafx ones. I'd love some more similar hi-res pics of older consoles (like SMS, Genesis, Saturn, etc), but my camera is nowhere near as good as Aaron Nanto's.

Perhaps some Sega-16 members could put their high res cameras to work for use to make some Genny wallpapers . . .

I did some decent Genny ones awhile ago but lost the pics! I'll do em again as soon as I can. Like now perhaps!
