The Mega Drive was far inferior to the NES in terms of diffusion rate and sales in the Japanese market, though there were ardent Sega users. But in the US and Europe, we knew Sega could challenge Nintendo. We aimed at dominating those markets, hiring experienced staff for our overseas department in Japan, and revitalising Sega of America and the ailing Virgin group in Europe.
Then we set about developing killer games.

OMG! OMG! Gargoyle is back!
GARGOYLE IS BACK!
Thats cool. Im not a huge TF guy, but Ive been itching to get a PS2 again, and this maybe what pushes me over the edge to actually get one.
Sega-16's Resident Sports Authority. Chief Heckler of the Midwest.
Next up on the tee:
Tecmo Super Bowl III
Bass Masters Classic
I need to mod mine. Anyone know of a trustworthy place to do so?
Well, I have preordered the game today and will have to start looking for a JPN PS2 (either new or used) that is affordable...
I would try to get it done locally. I dropped mine off at the guys apartment and picked it up a couple hours later.
I would also stress that it'll primarily be used for playing legitimate imports (if thats what you'll be doing). I paid a little extra to get a chip that had the fewest issues for this.
I just want it for this and all those great Sega Ages releases. Imports only.
SICK NASTY!
Absolutely fucking disgusting! :vomit:Originally Posted by Dirt Ball Gamer

Now THAT'S what I'm talking about!
Why is the reviewer wearing what appears to be a Noxema mask for the article?Glad to see it appears to be keeping the same kind of gameplay. I was a bit disappointed with ShinContra's lack of weaponry, though it's still an excellent game.
