Bricklins. How about Crosleys. They have an engine block made of stamped steal. needless to say there were reliability problems.

A neighbor of mine has a Delorean and has had it since 1983.
He told me if I ever get one, I need to have the $$. He told me that he has had the entire electrical system replaced every 2 or 3 years on a consistent basis, the doors leak like crazy.
Too bad its such a disaster...

That's the price you pay for taking that baby through time!
Oldsmobile.
Oh well. I did love the last generation Aurora.. I've seen a handful in black, and what a sexy four door car.

Yeah, Oldsmobile really hit it's stride right before it got axed. The Intrepid and Aurora were both great cars.
Intrepid was Dodge...

I was driving around with my Friend the other day and we saw a Delorean and my buddy said "at 88MPH you're going to see some serious shit" and I continued it with "yeah it's going to fall apart!" and we both couldn't stop laughing for like 3 minutes straight.
Gah! I didn't mean Intrepid I meant the Intrigue. Sorry. (Both I's, both 1990s cars, easy to get confused)
Seriously, no wonder GM is screwed up. Everytime they show some flash of their old brilliance and do something right, they snatch defeat from the jaws of success. The Aurora and Intrigue were easily as a good as their Japanese counterparts at the time but cost much less, but GM axed Oldsmobile.
Who would buy a car called "Oldsmobile"? Seriously, that is one of the worst names imaginable unless you are over 70 years old.
This is why.
How about LADA? They were some nifty looking cars.
And my favorite car ever, the Datsun 510.
