I used to buy them at a local bong shop. He had bongs, glass peices, and tatooing in the back and sold old games and action figures in the front. He wasn't hiding anything thats just how the store was laid out.
The guy who owned it passed on a few years ago. I think his father runs it now and obviously has no need nor cares about the old Genny carts and Saturn stuff he used to sell.
