Sega did release all of the Treasure games so they can be on there.

So including Gunstar Heroes would not have been a problem.
The Mega Drive was far inferior to the NES in terms of diffusion rate and sales in the Japanese market, though there were ardent Sega users. But in the US and Europe, we knew Sega could challenge Nintendo. We aimed at dominating those markets, hiring experienced staff for our overseas department in Japan, and revitalising Sega of America and the ailing Virgin group in Europe.

Then we set about developing killer games.

It would have made sense, hence the problem.

    Unfortunately, that describes Sega perfectly.

Gunstar Heroes is coming to XBLA anyway, along with Sonic 3.

[edit] Heh. An Achievement named 'Blast Processing', brilliant.

Releasing Sonic 3 on XBLA and this collection is such a fantastic idea. It is not like we wanted some good multiplayer game on XBLA or anything like that.

Probably, lol. The XBLA games will be covered in our Genesis Live Arcade series, which hasn't been updated in ages (no new releases).

I loved the Genesis Collection, and I'm hoping this one is as good or better.

This post made me laugh, partly because it sounds so British. I laugh at your Britishness.

    Bonanza Brothers.

    OH SHI-
The smell of scorched oil hangs in the air as a premonition of danger, while the engine gloriously shouts its war cry...

Throughout history, suspicion has always bred conflict. The real conflict, though, resides in people's hearts. This conflict has just begun.

I wanted to post this under the "A Winner is You" thread; but I don't think I want to consider this feat as a "beaten" game.

At any rate, I just got my first platinum trophy, and it happened to be with this game. I've heard of easy Platinum trophies; but this has got to be the easiest if you're a fellow Genesis gamer like myself. You'll have no trouble getting this trophy at all; considering that most of them will come about with regular gameplay and what you already know; the rest can be easily obtained with the new "save" feature.

I normally play Genesis games on original hardware; but this game was a really neat way to beat some challenges and get a digital pat in the back for them .
