As it is, it's not fun. Loses the screen, tells me that it's not breight enough, and then when I can get it to work it sucks.
Has anyone ever managed to mod/hack one of these to replace a real Menacer, as a Genesis light pistol? I'd love to do something with this.

And I just finished assembling it for myself today, it works great:
You just need an LM1084 to convert 5v to 3.3v, and a DB9 extension cord. I recommend the 9-foot lengths.
