    Default Star Wars Arcade

I consider I snagged myself a real good deal, I got Star Wars Arcade for $6.50 on the AA boards. Expect for playing the original arcade game once and dying very quickly my only experience with the game is watching other people play it.

Until I got it in the mail the other day. Man that is a real good game especially the 32X option. I played PSOne fighters that aren't even half this good. It still taking me a while to figure out the controls and what it what with the onscreen display. But it looks I will be playing this game for a long time to come.

Yeah, the game is only hard at the Death Star Level. Other than that it is pretty manageable.

It's arguably the best game for the 32X. I like Virtua Racing Deluxe better. Oh, and Moto Cross Championship. HAHA. I'm just kidding. Or am I? Yeah, I'm kidding.

I don't understand how you guys can actually like this game! The game looks rushed, doesn't sound so good and is hard as hell. Shadow Squadron was head and shoulders above this mediocre title.

I hate this game and every other game on the 32X. It should burn in hell. Starlancer on the Dreamcast blows Shadow Squadron out of the water too.

Yeah, Star Wars Arcade was good for a rushed launch title, but Shadow Squadron really does blow it away. That game's easily one of the very best on the system... very, very impressive game.

Still, Star Wars Arcade is good. But play Shadow Squadron and you'll see something even better.

Shadow Squadron is the best 32X game other than Space Harrier. I admit, those two games are classics.

I hate the sounds in the game. So laughable hearing how "tiny" the sounds and music are. The "shaky" scrolling text in the beginning made me go "WTF!?" At least the game looks decent, but still just not good enough as Shadow Squadron or to even keep. Thank goodness I finally got rid of it recently along with 4 other 32X games. I can't wait till I'm fully rid of the mushroom of doom.

$6.50 isn't such a good deal when you consider I bought mine for about $5 shipped from amazon.com complete/mint. Then I got it again in a lot with Knuckles Chaotix, Doom, Shadow Squadron all loose for like $12 shipped.

This game is one of the worst titles for 32X, play Shadow Squadron/Stellar Assault instead, way, way better!

Fun game for me especially since I never had a chance to play this in the arcades in my area. Unfortunately, the Super Star Destroyer level ends my Rebel fighting career a lot. Damn you Evil Galactic Empire! Damn you hard Sega game!

    No way!

Star Wars arcade is the one title that had me wanting a 32X. Sure, it's not arcade perfect, but it's much closer to the arcade game than Virtua Racing on the 32X or Saturn.

yeah, its a pretty solid title, to me it feels like a direct predecessor to Rogue Squadron, one of the few strong showings on the N64.
