I never got the whole modding Genesisssssess etc. to improve video quality. I always liked the interference and whatnot. It adds charm. If I wanted perfect video, I'd emulate it.

Depends on the TV. Play on an CRT SDTV. If you are going out of your way to get RGB or component, then you certainly wouldn't waste your time by playing it on an HDTV.
