Not really. You should see how much factory sealed copies of Chrono Trigger go for.
Yea that's totally ridiculous even if it is as advertised.
Of course this line totally takes away any fear one would have about this not being legit: "I can sign it for you if you want. Later on it will also proove you got this game from a respected source . "
Really?
Also, after finally seeing how a shrink-wrap machine works, I'm staying away from "sealed" games, at least games from this general time period because all of the "sealed" games I've seen show no real consistency. It's kind of like new DS games in that some look and feel legit all the way around, some look legit on the front but not on the back, and some that look like I shrinkwrapped them.
No way would I send that much money to some dude in Russia.
Definitely insane. Great game, but its not worth that much!
People are stupid. Just like million dollar Plymouth Barracudas. Anything that comes off an assembly should never be worth that much.
The smell of scorched oil hangs in the air as a premonition of danger, while the engine gloriously shouts its war cry...
Throughout history, suspicion has always bred conflict. The real conflict, though, resides in people's hearts. This conflict has just begun.

BITD, I could reseal games that looked identical to factory sealing ('cause the store would take it back unless it was sealed). Identical. It's way too easy to fake.
It could be a typo
maybe he meant 189,90
I think that seller's been hitting the Vodka a bit too hard.

No, if you check his other auctions, this is one of the more reasonable items. Miracle Warriors is $400 and Mystic Defender is $300.
One of the best is a gutted Lunar EB from Electronic Boutique that never had the sold-as-new innards re-inserted. He's selling it as an UBER RARE DISPLAY CASE!!
What makes his auctions so entertaining is how he informs you of what a privelage it is to have an opportunity to buy from "a famous russian videogame collector and owner of the biggest russian Japanese Role-Playing Games Comminity" and lines such as:
"I do not use evasive information, hidden charges and so on. Please be honest with me as i am with you and we'll have a deal!" -even though he's selling that gutted Lunar EB.
Make no mistake, he's doing you a favor selling you one of his $1800 SFII's: "But i am no scrooge to amass tonns of copies. I hate such people. Everyone should have a chance!"
Plus, it's an investment that's guaranteed to increase exponentially: "Current sealed prices double each year, so what you think now is expensive may be extremely "cheap" next year.
So buy it now while it's not several thousands!!"
So really, you're buying a $60000 Shining Force II five years in advance in order to save a ton of money. Like all get-rich-quick-secrets, for some reason he'd rather let you make all the money instead of keeping it for himself.
As crazy as everything sounds, I can't believe that he uses THIS as an assurance it's not a re-seal: "I have ultimate knowledge in all kind of sealing types."
If anyone would like to have his auctions pulled, just inform eBay of this disclaimer: "That's important: NO PAYPAL.. I have a paypal account, but all russian accounts are send only. I cannot accept incoming funds."
That makes a disturbing amount of sense.

An Evil Spilit has taken over his mind.
I'll never get sick of stupid in-jokes.
Anyway, uh. Only one word for this.
Wow.
The only thing that makes sense is that he could very well have made a currency conversion mistake, as said above.
