    Default Shenmue - Hazuki Dojo

For anyone who likes Shenmue, I just wanted to let everyone here know that the Hazuki Dojo forum was recently reopened and they're looking to bring old fans of Shenmue together as well as attract new members, and hopefully generate new interest in the series with new artistic contributions.

    http://www.hazukidojo.com/forum/index.php

Also, as many of you may have heard, IGN/Gamespy is dropping its hosting service, so several good members of the Shenmue Dojo community pooled their money and moved the entire site (including the forum) to www.shenmuedojo.net.

If anyone is interested, most of the old media content has been moved over to Ziming's YouTube channel:

    Hello everyone,

This thread has a great topic. It's been a while. I can't believe I'm the first to reply. I'm a hardcore, exclussive genesis collector but I still love to play other sega consoles. Sadly, in my opinion, Shenmue is the story of the "Big Engine that Couldn't." It is an extremely under-rated series that should DEFINITELY be concluded. We should all cry out to Sega for a third installment; if at least, urge them to quit their senseless aversion for Yu Suzuki. And for the latter, we should honor him by lending him the motivation he's wanted for some years now.

The people are calling out to you both:

So, Why don't we start from the begining. SEGA, meet Yu Suzuki. Yu Suzuki, meet SEGA. Oops, I forgot, I have an appointment. I must leave now. Say, why don't you two carry-on from here. I'm sure you both have a lot to talk about. I've noticed you have similar interests...

We love you both, when will you understand that?

Its looks like a nice site. Much better than the original dojo forum design.

Yeah, it's a cancelled arcade game calle Psy-Phi. It was a one on one fighter.

Here's a video of it being test marketed at a Gameworks. Note the use of touch-screen, that will most likely be replaced by the motion controller of the PS3.

A Black Falcon: no, computer games and video games are NOT the same thing. Video games are on consoles, computer games are on PC. The two kinds of games are different, and have significantly different design styles, distribution methods, and game genre selections. Computer gaming and console (video) gaming are NOT the same thing."
