Outrunners would've been awesome on the 32X instead of that wretch of a port for the Genesis we recieved. It's time Outrunners was revisited and given a proper launch.

Another I would've LOVED to have seen (no matter how good or bad) was Daytona USA on 32X, I can't imagine what trade-off's would've been needed to get it to run.

Come to think of it, how does the 32X VDP compare to Saturn's since the CPU's are close to being identical.....

I think if they turned that groud-textured polygones and shoved a zelda like game in there, they would have pwoned. I think that would have been good.
If the Genesis was the next level, what was the 32X?
    The bonus level?

Sam and Max would've been cool for Sega CD, but I can't imagine that game on a cart for some reason.

I dunno. Scooby-Doo Mystery was a pretty good point-and-click adventure (two in one, at that) - and that was on a standard Mega Drive cart. It might be possible, I suppose.

One of the Monkey Island games made it onto the Sega CD; why not Sam and Max?

The one in the Arcade was WAY better than the one for Genesis, if they had released on 32x it could have been just like (or sorta like) the arcade version.

and that would be cool,it think 32x is similair to the arcade bord, dunno what it is i think model 1?i think 32x could have get very good arcade conversions like rad mobile outrunners and more,BTW the genesis version isnt that crap,at least the road could have been better i hate the looks of the road, same for outrunner on genesis, they at least could have used grind or something genesis could handle it.

I heard that Castlevania: Symphony of the Night was supposed to be released for 32x. That would've been awesome. A shame that the Saturn version is Japanese only and I'm missing out on the entire storyline and I have no clue what my items do. ..

A Castlevania game was supposed to be released for 32x, but it was not Symphony of the Night. IIRC, it was just an enhanced port of the SNES version of Dracula X.

OutRun and Wing War for 32X (both were slated for release in a JPN MD catalog but apparently migrated over to the Saturn instead).

No. It was an all new game under the working title 'The Bloodletting' which eventually turned into SotN on PS1. It used the classic platforming concept, and Alucard had black hair.

I'm not sure OutRunners would be the perfect arcade conversion if it appeared on the 32X. After Burner II and Space Harrier were roughly ten years old (1986?) by the time the 32X appeared; would a two-year-old game (1993?) be a similar arcade-perfect port?

That makes more sense, as there are pictures of unique sprites floating around that were connected to the 32X game.
