I like your choices. You certainly can't go wrong with Space Harrier on the 32x, awesome port. I would follow-up with the same choice on 32x. Second and third, if there were, would have to be Virtua Fighter and Knuckles Chaotix, respectively.

For my top three sega/mega-CD games:

    1. Lunar: Eternal Blue
    2. Sonic CD
    3. Android Assault: The Revenge of Bari-Arm
    ***4. (Anything exclussive to Sega/Mega-CD)

I forgot that it's the PlayStation X version of Lunar: Eternal Blue which uses "2" to clarify it's a sequel. However, the spine on the Sega CD version says "Lunar II".

My "top 5" favorite Genesis games:

    1) Sonic 2
    2) Phantasy Star IV
    3) Sonic 3 & Knuckles
    4) Streets of Rage 2
    5) Gunstar Heroes (in 2 player mode)
    6) Lightening Force
    7) Street Fighter II SCE / Super Street Fighter II
    8) Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine -- for 2 player competition it's awesome.

My "top 3" favorite Sega CD games:
    1) Ecco: The Tides of Time
    2) Silpheed
    3) Sonic CD
    4) Final Fight CD
    5) Secret of Monkey Island
    6) Star Wars Chess -- I like chess, and this is the only chess video game I have. It's decent for plain chess, if you turn off the cut scenes.
    7) Panic! (Only if you can find a friend who actually enjoys it also.)
    8) Fahrenheit (can be fun with a friend. Some nice graphics, hilarious dialogue / acting, but the game play can be ridiculous.)
    9) Night Trap -- classic, historical, hilarious.
    10) Mansion of Hidden Souls -- I haven't really figured out how to play this game, but I like the unique premise and creepy atmosphere.
    11) Microcosm -- a solid game with some nice graphics.

My experience with Sega CD games is still somewhat limited -- I only got a Sega CD last year. Haven't played any RPG's on it yet, or some of the other classics I always hear about, like Snatcher...

All that matters is that it made it to your top 3 list.

    1.Herzog Zwei
    2. Phantasy Star II
    3. Thunder Force III
    4. Revenge of Shinobi
    5. Sword of Vermilion

I'm not the biggest fan of Sonic, Streets of Rage or many of the most popular Genesis games. The games I listed had the biggest personal impact on me, and I have the greatest memories of.

As for Sword of Vermilion, no it wasn't a great game, I included it because of the music, the wonderful music.

Oh, I thought Altered Beast was your favourite game (your avatar). But Sword of Vermilion has indeed great music, I am now digging to the wonderful Village A theme! And the old man/old woman sidequest was great. I used the Dragon Shield I got from the old lady when I defeated Tsarkon.

What an odd tittle. Interesting. I've had a Mint CIB for years. Never played it.

^^I was a huge basketball fan back in the day and up to that point, Double Dribble on the NES was the best bball game I had seen. I remember seeing the ad in EGM and was amazed by the graphics. The jump from any NES bball game to Lakers vs Celtics was incredible.....
