No it wasn't. Only as a built in game on one of those Brazil Master System consoles.

Game Gear has quite a lot of exclusive games, and others that are markedly different from the Master System versions. The Wikipedia list isn't very good, and I can't find a complete list anywhere. It's sad that the GG has such a crappy screen (even worse these days since the old ones are all dying) and I always wished I could play the games on my tv. I think TmEE has a mod for this?

Anyway, if there was a tv console I'd buy one.

is the TV tuner for the GG useless in the US now that everything's gone digital? Imagine if you could use that on the GG console. You could watch TV on your TV.

No, it's unbiased analysis. The only fanboyism is people who claim that Hyperstone Heist and Bloodlines are actually as good as their SNES counterparts.

A digital converter could be used, in theory, but I've never done it. It would make a neat project, for sure.

There's the AV-in jack on the TV tuner as well (1/8" phono jack), so you could use that to plug said hypothetical GG-TV console into and use the crappy GG screen to play it. (MN12bird played a Dreamcast on it in his video)
Actually, would would be weird, would be playing an SMS connected to the GG tuner. (the weird thing being that it should lack the flicker induced by SMS-GG adaptors, and also lack the window size/resolution of SMS-GG ports)

I want a Master System/GG, all in one clone, that has all the good games built in like some recent genesis clones do.

I would probably get one if it were cheap, say, less than $50 or so. However, if someone remade the handheld Retrogen style with a better screen and tv out I'd be all over that.
