as long as they aren't distributing unauthorized ROM sets with it, yes. The patents have expired on the hardware so there is nothing to say they can't make it compatible with .NES format, etc. Originally Posted by mrbigreddog

I'm sure this would last longer than Power Player Super Joy III. It's one thing to do something like this, but another thing to make a plug and play console illegally distributing a crapload of NES games.

I might get myself one for my B-day.... I like the flip top one, but hate the way the buttons look! It's like playing NES with 2 D-Pads! But the first one's buttons look ALOT better! But smaller screen!! AAAAHHH!!!

Kind of reminds me of that blatant PSP ripoff that is an MP4 player with some emulators tacked on.
