I just bought GoW2 today, I want to play a Horde multiplayer but the game seems to 'search for teammates' forever.... What gives? is it that nobody plays it anymore??

Just keep refreshing it until it works: it's nothing like as bad as the game was just after launch, though. Gears 1 had iffy matchmaking, too, it's almost a running joke. Like the Carmines

It doesnt matter what rank you are for matching making for Horde. So it should pickup real quick. If your connection to Live is wired should have no issues.

Check to make sure your NAT is open. Do the Live test in the settings menu of your XBox.
