Under water level was easy in TMNT 1...the thing I hate in the game, is that the Technodrome's location is random.
The whole game was easy really...but maybe that's because it was the only Turtles game I owned until I got a Genesis (and then I got Turtles 2, and 3...so I kept playing NES too)
...so I was just really used to it I guess.
I don't see how Turtles 3 is an improvement, if it "plays exactly the same" as Turtles 2 with better graphics...and is way longer on top of it.
That, and for all intents and purposes they took away special attacks, since they now took your health away...something no special attack should ever do.
No, if you can only own one NES Turtles game, own The Arcade game.

I haven't played TMNT3 as thoroughly as I played TMNT2 but i do feel that it is more superior of the 2.

don't forget, there's a down+B attack that beats the hell out of just about any special. TMNT III is mind blowing by NES standards, probably the best beat em up on the system, or at least head to head with Battletoads/Double Dragon. Originally Posted by PimpUigi

Ubisoft aren't even trying any more.. But to be fair, the franchise has always been superficial. Maybe a Ninja Gaiden clone would work? Nah, perish the thought.
