I'm probably one of the few people to admit to liking Super Thunder Blade.

Other "bad" games that I like would be Two Crude Dudes, After Burner II, and Decap Attack.

After Burner II and Decap Attack also don't belong in this thread at all.

it is a good game, I don't know why the fuck everyone hates it. Given it was a launch title, that game is amazing! Most of the complaints (too hard, reversed vertical controls) are adjustable in the options, I mean, and I the only one that looks through the options before playing a game?

Agreed. That platformer is amazing. Another underrated game that most would probably dislike is Subterrania. I just played it this morning and love it. I think most don't like it because the controls take time to master. It's not one of those instant gratification games. It takes multiple playthroughs to come to grips with the controls but after you do, you appreciate the level design and involved mission objectives.

Turbo Outrun for the Megadrive. No where near as good as the arcade, but I still played it to death.

War Gods for the PS1. I can't explain why, but I still play this game today.

I know, but I've heard a lot of people say bad things about those two games, especially the former (the Video Game Critic gave it a fucking "F", although this is the same person who gave Metalstorm on the NES an F and Target Earth a D-!).

Clearly this "Critic" does not exist. No living, breathing person in their right mind would give Metalstorm an "F".

i agree about the adams family and golden axe 3 i just dont understand what it is about those that makes everyone hate them ive always loved them and my jaw dropped when i read there scores in the reviews section. ive probobly beaten the adams family about 20 times now!! one of my fav platformers. i also really like nfl sportstalk 93 as well as the rest of the sega nfl games(except the first sportstalk football which is total trash) but im not sure of how well they are recieved within the retro gaming community

I wish he didn't too. I just noticed he also gave Ranger X a "D-" just because he couldn't wrap his head around the controls.
