    Ninja SEGA CD custom covers/cases?

Anyone ever order from this place:

    http://cgi.ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?...=STRK:MEWAX:IT

    ?

Apparently they print custom, or redone box art for SEGA CD games, reformatted to fit in a DVD case. Looks like it'd be pretty cool, not as cool as the original case, but a very nice substitute.

I like having the banner on the side of the front cover...

Ah well, pretty neat I guess. I prefer original packaging but if all my Sega CD cases got trashed, DVD cases would probably be the next best thing.

looks like a cover from The Cover Project. You can just print them out yourself.

All my cdr copies are outfitted with the big size labels from the cover project,
the originals will stay in their original box though.

I think these are for slim dvd cases. I also don't care for the redesign, and the generic side labeling.

The cover project site is a life saver for me with those Sega CD games (e.g. Final Fight CD) that only released in a soft box in North America. The DVD size looks a little weird compared to the mammoth Sega CD cases, but it's worth it to not be messing with opening or closing those flimsy boxes all the time, or using a generic jewel case.

    Sweet!

Cover Project has Batman Returns, as well as Wolfchild.

Both look better than their soft boxes too.

Well, arguably in Batman Returns' case, since the original box is all black, and this replacement cover is the Sega CD blue (which is still cool at least.)

Poo, all the cases I need that they have are for DVD cases and not the standard inserts.

What game insert are you looking for maybe someone here has it, and can scan it for you.

    Original is always better

But having an original cover that looks like its been pissed on and put through a pro-grade plastic shredder... Probably wouldn't hurt to print out a new one.
